Disciplinary
Following a serious incident in a recent match, the disciplinary committee have issued the following warnings to the membership:
1) Warning to ALL clubs/referees/secretaries etc that comments left on social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter etc relating to SABA, SABA matches, 2" SABA Officials, the Exec may result in disciplinary action.
2) Warning to all clubs/secretaries/referees that only the coach and/or assistant coach may enter the court to help calm a fight. Therefore they should ensure that the correct people are listed in these positions and the scoresheet. Referees are to correctly disqualify people based purely on the information in the scoresheet.

England Basketball Registration

All club secretaries, referees, table officials, coaches and players are reminded that they must be registered with England Basketball to participate in any SABA endorsed game this season, in accordance with the league rules.

It is highly important that all referees, coaches and table officials are correctly registered including the necessary top-up fees. This ensures that you are insured at all times.
